One major benefit that Braun offers with our Fast Track construction solution is that we use local labour as much as possible to complete the construction on site. This creates local employment whereby the employees can learn skill on the job that can be used later in the careers. At all times specialist from Braun will oversee the project from start to finish ensuring all relevant standards and quality control is met.
Housing
Secure and low maintenance
Robust galvanised steel frame construction generally accepted within the steel industry to provide a time to first maintenance of a minimum of 100 years. Low maintenance cement board finishes. Double glazed glass doors and windows.
Comfortable interiors
Premium quality low-cost homes benefit from modern interior finishing. Fully fitted kitchen furniture and equipped bathrooms with white sanitary ware and chrome taps. Bespoke interior design can be provided to individual customer requirements.
Immediate occupation
Buildings are entirely manufactured in the factory. Completed, ready to use buildings are delivered to site for final assembly. Small homes can be installed by our expert team in a few days.
